Strawberry Soya

200ml soya milk

1 banana

12 strawberries

Vanilla pod

1. Hull and quarter the strawberries and cut the banana into chunks. Place into

the Smoothie maker jug.

2. Slice the vanilla pod and scrape out the centre. Add to the jug.

3. Add the soya milk and a handful of ice.

Kiwi Tang

4 kiwis

200g pineapple

250ml apple juice

Handful of ice

1. Peel and chop the kiwis into chunks. Place into the Smoothie maker jug.

2. Peel and chop the pineapple into chunks. Add to the jug.
