Smoothie Recipes

Pineapple, coconut and mango

1 mango, chunks

1 banana, chopped

200ml coconut milk

50ml milk

200g pineapple, chunks

Handful of ice

1. Peel and chop the mango, pineapple and banana into chunks. Place into

the Smoothie maker jug.

2. Add coconut milk, milk and a handful of ice.

3. Ensure the lid is locked. Turn the speed dial to seng 2.

4. Blend unl smooth.

Blueberry and Strawberry

16 Strawberries

100g blueberries

Juice of 1 lime

200ml apple juice

Handful of ice

1. Hull and half the strawberries.

2. Add blueberries, strawberries , the juice of 1 lime, apple juice to the

smoothie maker jug.
